Blancco’s top tier financial strength recognized again with three industry awards - Jun 13 2012

The Finnish company‘s financial strength has been acknowledged in three industry awards: Strongest in Finland certificate, Soliditet’s AAA credit rating, and Kauppalehti Achiever certificate

Joensuu, 13 June 2012. Blancco, the global leader in data erasure, recently received three Finnish awards recognizing its financial strength and market success.

For the sixth time in a row, Suomen Asiakastieto, the leading business and credit information company in Finland, awarded Blancco with the Strongest in Finland certificate in recognition of the company’s solid financial performance and high creditworthiness. “Less than 6 percent of Finnish companies have achieved this certificate six times in a row,” said Pia Katila, Marketing Manager of Suomen Asiakastieto.

This year the leading Nordic provider of credit and business information, Soliditet (formerly Dun & Bradstreet), granted Blancco the highest AAA credit rating for the ninth time in a row. Companies that reach this highest credit quality level are recognized for their above average economic indicators, positive payment history, as well as high volume of sales activity.  Companies were evaluated with a Rating Alfa indicator, a creditworthiness classification of the financial standing of all companies operating in Finland and of their ability to meet their financial engagements. Only 3.6 percent of all Finnish companies reached the best Rating Alfa indicator AAA in 2011.

In addition, Blancco received the Kauppalehti Achiever 2012 certificate for its strong financial performance.  The Kauppalehti Achiever certificate requires proof that a company is among the top firms in Finland as a whole and within its own industry in terms of financial performance. The company’s financial performance is rated according to six key indicators: growth, profitability, results, liquidity, solvency and risk tolerance.
