Patrick Clawson was named Chief Executive Officer in January 2015, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the technology and IT security industry. Most recently, Pat served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lumension Security Inc., where he successfully grew the business to strong revenue growth and profitability. In addition to launching new technologies into the marketplace and guiding four businesses through acquisitions, Pat has also established himself as an IT security pundit within the media. His insights on topics, such as data lifecycle management, BYOD security and data hygiene, have been featured in many of the tech industry’s most influential publications, including Fast Company, The Guardian, SC Magazine, ZDNet and Wireless Week, among others.
President & Chief Revenue Officer
Steve Holton was named President & Chief Revenue Officer in July 2016. In this role, he is responsible for building and scaling the company’s global revenue growth, inclusive of direct and channel sales. With over 20 years of experience selling B2B software solutions, Steve has built an impressive reputation and enviable track record of creating highly inspired and disciplined sales teams within every organization he has joined. Most recently, he was SVP of Worldwide Sales and Customer Success for mobile enterprise security company, Good Technologies, which grew from a $200 million organization into a highly sought-after company that was acquired by BlackBerry for $425 million in September 2015.
Chief Strategy Officer
Richard Stiennon was named Chief Strategy Officer in July 2016. In this role, he leads long-term strategic planning, product positioning, public affairs, analyst relations, joint ventures and industry partnerships. Many in the industry recognize him from his days as Vice President of Research at Gartner Inc. from 2000 to 2004, where he was awarded Gartner’s Thought Leadership Award in 2003. Richard has also written three thought-provoking books on the alarming state of cyber war and its impact on businesses, with his most recent book, There Will Be Cyberwar, named a Washington Post bestseller in April 2016. Considered to be one of the most prolific security thought leaders, he has spoken at more than 30 conferences across the globe, such as RSA, Privacy and Security Forum and DSS ITSEC. Richard is regularly featured in news publications, such as Forbes, Dark Reading, Infosecurity Magazine, Network World and BetaNews, where he shares his expert insights on data breaches, security regulations, data lifecycle management, cloud storage, mobile security and mobile device management.
Chief Financial Officer
Keith Butcher was named Chief Financial Officer in September 2016. In his role, Keith is responsible for leading worldwide financial operations, investor relations and M&A opportunities. Over the course of his career, Keith has held CFO roles at several high-growth technology and e-commerce companies, including PaySafe Group, Flomerics and DataCash Group. In each of these positions, he played an instrumental role in streamlining costs, improving investor relations and guiding the companies through successful mergers and acquisitions. During his tenure as CFO at PaySafe Group, formerly known as Optimal Payments, Keith guided the company through three significant acquisitions that helped transform it into a £2 billion business.
Chief Marketing Officer
Annie Wacker was named Chief Marketing Officer in May 2015. She brings a deep understanding of B2B marketing, including brand marketing, product marketing, demand generation and marketing operations. Most recently, she was Senior Director of Marketing for G/O Digital, the digital division of Gannett. Annie has won numerous marketing awards over the years from organizations, such as the American Marketing Association and the MarketingSherpa Email Awards. Annie’s ability to build high-performance teams and deliver impactful results makes her a tremendous asset to the organization. Her staple marketing rule is to never sacrifice quality for the sake of quantity.
Vice President of Product Management
Russ Ernst was named Vice President of Product Management in April 2016. He is responsible for defining, driving and executing the product strategy across both the data erasure and mobile diagnostics product suites. Critical parts of his role include developing a strong team of product owners and cultivating an organizational product culture based on continuous testing and learning. Most recently, Russ was Director of Product Management for Lumension, where he was instrumental in expanding the platforms and applications supported for vulnerability remediation content, as well as adding support for the most prevalent Linux/UNIX server platforms and third party applications. Given his deep technical expertise and understanding of the data security landscape, Russ often speaks on our webinars alongside data security influencers on topics, such as cloud storage, SSD data destruction challenges and data deletion methods.
Vice President of Customer Experience
Khalid Elibiary was named Vice President of Customer Experience in September 2015. In this role, he leads all product strategy and development, engineering and research and development across both the data erasure and mobile diagnostics product suites. Previously, he served as President of Tabernus, where he was instrumental in shifting the company’s primary focus from testing hard drives to data erasure. He also led the company’s expansion into the UK market and the eventual acquisition by Blancco. Prior to Tabernus, Khalid spent 9 years working in engineering roles for a Silicon Valley Fortune 500 company. One of his greatest qualities is his commitment to building and integrating customer experience values into product strategy and development from the start.
